Volens Lawyers is a thriving multi-specialty law firm operating in the Maldives. Since its inception, the firm has seen tremendous growth providing comprehensive legal services to clients across various industries.
Volens Lawyers recognized the need for a logo update after several years of utilizing their existing design. The outdated logo no longer reflected the firm's growth and competence as a leading local law firm, prompting the desire to stay competitive with other firms. The existing logo posed challenges in terms of complexity and adaptability for various applications, particularly in regards to structural balance and typography.
Figure Creatives stepped in to provide a solution that draws inspiration from the foundation of the legal profession—the constitution represented in book form. By strategically arranging 'books on the shelf,' the new logo forms a visually pleasing representation of the initials 'V' and 'L,' which correspond to the firm's name. This design approach maintains a connection to the original logo's basic structure while providing a fresh and modern update.
